Submit Complete Loan Application:

Pre-Authorize payment for appraisal
Have appraisal performed on property to confirm valuation
Provide Repair Budget with line item repairs or contractor estimate
Receive Appraisal
Upon Loan approval, sign full disclosure of terms and conditions.
Sign the Loan Agreement.
Schedule closing/signing with title company
